Founded in 2023, Property Protect was created to streamline the monitoring of rental property conditions and avoiding deposit disputes at the end of a tenancy. 

 

As a landlord I oversee multiple properties. Creating initial condition reports is crucial. However, retrieving photos at the end of a tenancy to prove damages can be challenging and time-consuming, leading to disputes over deposit charges.

 

Having navigated several arbitrations successfully, I recognised the need for a more efficient solution. Enter Property Protect – an all-in-one app designed to create, sign and share condition reports at the beginning and end of a tenancy, so everyone is properly informed. By storing everything on our platform it removes the need for manual cloud filing.
